1. Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to My Sofa Cleaning. By reserving a slot online, calling our booking hotline, or availing of our doorstep sofa cleaning, carpet extraction, or deep sanitization services in Ahmedabad, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion, please notify us prior to the commencement of service.
2. Free Booking & Pay-After-Inspection Policy
We believe in complete trust and customer satisfaction:
- No Advance Required: Booking online or over the phone requires zero deposit or token advance.
- Inspection Before Payment: You pay only after our technicians complete the service and you have inspected your upholstery, carpets, or home to your satisfaction.
- Accepted Payment Modes: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Cash, Net Banking, or Credit/Debit Cards.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that schedules can change unpredictably. We keep our cancellation policy 100% customer-friendly:
- Zero Cancellation Charges: You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment at any time without any penalty or fees.
- Advance Courtesy Notice: We kindly request at least 2 hours prior notice so our operations hub can reassign the assigned mobile cleaning van to other waiting families in your locality.

4. Client Prerequisites (Water & Power)
To enable our team to carry out high-power wet extraction and shampooing safely:
- Continuous supply of running water and standard electricity (220V 15A/5A socket) must be made available on premises during the service duration.
- Please secure delicate antiques, fragile decorative glass, cash, and high-value jewelry prior to technician entry.
- Ensure children and pets remain in a separate, comfortable room while high-suction machinery and rotary scrubbers are operating.
5. Stain Removal & Fabric Restoration Standards
Our multi-stage shampooing and enzyme treatment eliminates dust mites, sweat, pet dander, unpleasant odors, and up to 90-95% of common organic stains. However, stains that have permanently bleached or chemically bonded with fiber dyes (such as turmeric left for years, bleach burns, corrosive ink, or acid burns) cannot be reversed without damaging the fabric fibers. Our technicians will provide an honest assessment before starting work.
6. 24-Hour Quality Rework Guarantee
If you notice any missed spot or unsatisfactory cleaning within 24 hours of service completion, notify our Ahmedabad dispatch desk immediately. We will arrange a free touch-up visit to make it right, at zero additional cost to you.
